Free Workshop: how to create and maintain a Digital Portfolio (inspired by the excellent program at High Tech High School)

Click her for a step by step tour
The Free Workshop

1.  How to use Google Sites

2.  How to upload photos to a blog or to a Google Site.

3.  how to post a link to videos on the Google Site.

4.  how to create a video channel dedicated to projects at the school.

5.  Comparing the "Paid Website manager" and the "Student Volunteers" as managers and guides to students who don't know how to set up websites, blogs and video channels to support the digital portfolios.

The general video about "why use portfolios?"

I've been using Google sites and Google drive to display the work of my students since 2009. This portfolio work is helpful for building student "self esteem" and for showing colleges what students did in order to get those B's and A's. I hope that your school will take advantage of this valuable resource.  Contact Steve McCrea at. 954-646-8246 or write to ManyPosters@gmail.com

THIS IS THE WORKSHOP:
